SLA Term Extension (One-Year)

Included with each powerdraw Perpetual License purchase is a Service Level Agreement in place for a one-year term.

The decision to extend your SLA an additional year is optional. It is not a condition for continued use of your powerdraw Perpetual Licenses.

If you make the decision to not extend your SLA Term, the benefits listed below terminate at the end of the previous term.

Each SLA One-Year Term Extension Includes:

• Tech Support.

• Latest powerdraw Upgrade and Installation Support.

• Security Updates, Service and Maintenance.

We do not offer a reinstatement option for expired SLA Terms.

Current SLA Extension cost is $500 per license - per year
